OpenPEPPOL 4th General Assembly

[Translate] On Jan 30th 2013, the 4th General Assembly of OpenPEPPOL started in the EFTA Building in Brussels. During the morning, the Post-Award Coordinating Community (PoACC) and the Transport Infrastructure Coordinating Community (TICC) had their working sessions in order to discuss different points, change requests, and the way forward for the CC.
