PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 – A real EN 16931 invoice

[Translate] Since 2014 the major effort on electronic invoicing in Europe has been the development of the EN16931: The European Norm that describes a pan-European semantic model for the invoices and their mapping to two standard syntaxes, UBL and CII.

TC440 second meeting in Vienna

[Translate] On the 16th and 17th of February, the second meeting for the CEN Technical Committee 440 on electronic procurement took place in Vienna. The TC chairman is Jostein Fromyr from Norway and the secretariat is now led by Hans Henrik Koster from Danish Standards.
